Wesley Quarter Show Suites

The Wesley Quarter Show Suites project started with a full floor stripout in an occupied building. The new build featured open plan workstations, an inviting reception area with a wraparound waterfall feature stone, timber joinery, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, a large breakout and dining space, and improved acoustics. Upgrades included new floor coverings, fire protection, and lighting system transition to LEDs, and custom modifications to the air boots resulting in a 12% increase in air flow. All care was taken for minimal disruption to all in the building while the works were being carried out.
