Davidson Projects was engaged by the building owner to complete a fitout for Community Mental Health Services in Armadale. The works covered an area of 1,800m2 and consisted of some demolition of existing offices back to base build as well as a new detailed office fitout.
The office layout included offices, meeting rooms, open workstation areas, consulting and treatment rooms, multiple UAT’s, a fire rated medical archiving room, multiple small tea prep areas, plus one large staff breakout area, acoustically rated tribunal room and a reception area.
